    Corning Country Club is an 18 hole private club established in 1919 and designed
    by Thomas Winton. The club was also the site of the LPGA Corning Classic from
    Current projects include bentgrass fairway renovation, tee construction, and an
    aggressive tree removal program. This is a great opportunity for someone to gain
    experience with projects along with providing high standard playing conditions on
    a daily basis.
    $35,000 to $42,000, Health Benefits, 401K, lunch and uniforms provided, local
    and national GCSAA dues, educational seminars, Golf Industry Show (depending
    on performance review and club finances), vacation/sick time, cell phone
    allowance, temporary housing, golfing privileges.
    Applicant must be self-motivated, detail orientated, and have strong
    organizational and communication skills. Assistant Superintendent will also be
    expected to manage the staff and assist with personnel decisions. A successful
    candidate will also be directly involved with creating daily, weekly, and long term
    work schedules. Will also be expected to perform technical tasks such a product
    application, hand watering, set up irrigation schedules and repairs.
